Petitioner is an accused in connection with Raxual GRP (Rail Raxual) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 3570 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the case between the parties has been compromised. Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2019.
