That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions to the respondents for consideration, adjudication and final decision upon a complaint containing several allegations regarding illegality, irregularity, highhandedness, misuse of power and misappropriation of money, i.e. public exchequer may be inquired into by an impartial agency or departmental authority in light of law reflected and to take the necessary legal action
Patna High Court CWJC No.2656 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 against the State functionaries, who are involved in committing fraud, fraudulent actions and marginalized the face of the State Government for their deeds and misdeeds and for the other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case enumerated stated and discussed hereinafter."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
