JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 13 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of stabbing the injured and it appears that the case is of the year 2013. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the original F.I.R., it is mentioned that the son-in-law of one Laxmi Musahar but later on changed and mentioned as brother-in-law of the Laxmi Musahar and making the petitioner as an accused and thereafter petitioner was arrested in connection with this case. Petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2019, though injury report shows that injury is grievous in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8132 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 nature but not dangerous for life.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 13 of 2013, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
