2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuwari P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 303(2), 89, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing injuries.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2025.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10200 of 2026(3) dt.27-04-2026 2/2 bail.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Kuwari P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025.

9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
