This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner has purchased the articles which were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for which, the petitioner is in jail since 25.09.2015. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S.
