JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 The claim of the petitioner in the instant case relates to payment of arrears of salary from 1.9.2006 to 30.9.2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been regularly paid salary after 30.09.2008. The claim of the petitioner requires factual enquiry and as such the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Buxar to examine the record to ascertain whether the petitioner has worked for the period from 1.9.2006 to 30.9.2008 and if it is found that the petitioner has worked for the aforesaid period but

Patna High Court CWJC No.13359 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 salary was not paid, he shall ensure payment of salary for the aforesaid period within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
