This application for regular bail arises out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 233, 354B, 386, 504, 506,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Vikram Bedi is the main person against whom the allegation has been made and who has been named in the First Information Report. The petitioner's name has surfaced during the course of investigation on confessional statement of co-accused Vikram Bedi, who has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 16.01.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87350 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10453 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 since 07.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as noted above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019.
