1. Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that on the recommendation of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher, Bari Rabihan, Block- Hathua, Gopalganj has been cancelled. Learned counsel next submits that alternative remedy of appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.2365 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 before the District Appellate Authority is there and the petitioner can be given liberty to approach the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj against his grievance.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that State has got no objection if appeal is filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submissions, the present writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj for redressal of his grievance by way of filing appeal and if any such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of thirty days from today along with condonation of delay petition, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
