2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ / writs certiorary or appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the Respondents for

Patna High Court CWJC No.19134 of 2016(7) dt.18-11-2025 2/3 settlement of the land to the petitioners Khata no. 143, plot no. 503 total area of 0.12 decimals which is situated at Mauza Kebai Bigha Thana No. 76 Circle Nursarai District Nalanda where the house of the petitioners is situated from life time of their grand father, whenever the circle officer Nursarai has recommended for settled of the said land to name of the petitioners who are landless person. On the basis of enquiry report submitted by the circle inspector and by the revenue Karamchari Nursarai, District Nalanda.

3. It is the case of the petitioners that they are landless persons wanted settlement.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the land has been recorded as Gairmajarua ditch and as such the Additional Collector vide letter no. 316 dated 30.01.2016, a decade ago prohibited from issuing any rent receipt for the said land. The submission is that the said order exist and never challenged.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they are landless persons and shall be pursuing appropriate remedy

Patna High Court CWJC No.19134 of 2016(7) dt.18-11-2025 3/3 before appropriate authority/court for the redressal of the grievance.
