By order dated 02.09.2019, the District Magistrate, Munger, was required to be present, as in the tentative view of the Court, he was in contempt, but because of the peculiar situation prevailing in the State due to incessant rainfall, learned counsel for the State submitted that he is unable to come today. 3.
Show cause has been filed today in which copy of the order dated 23.09.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Munger, has been brought on record. Perusal of the same discloses that the
Patna High Court MJC No.2040 of 2017 dt.01-10-2019 2/2 order dated 20.06.2016 passed in CWJC No.8480 of 2016 has been complied with.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. 5.
However, it shall be open to the petitioner to assail the order dated 23.09.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Munger, as contained in Memo No.1694 dated 23.09.2019, by which his application for grant of licence has been rejected, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
