The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amas P.S.Case No.231 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.. There is recovery of 312 ltrs. of liquor from the tempo and the petitioner was arrested from there.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has nothing to do with the seized articles. Moreover, he is in custody since 17.12.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted and he has no criminal antecedent . There is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.8396 of 2020(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S.case No.231 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
