2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1069 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant, as a result of which, he sustained multiple grievous injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. No specific over act is alleged against

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1069 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
