The petitioner seeks regular bail in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 183 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 25(1-b)A, 35 of the Arms Act.

Police raided the house situated in Raxaul and apprehended Anwar Miya. Anwar Mian is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner who managed to flee away. It appears that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 31.08.2013. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
