Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 435 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a), 32 (2) and 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12440 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge - 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.
