This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is direct allegation of murder of deceased Sahnaz Khatoon against the petitioner.

It is submitted that except suspicion there is no eyewitness to the occurrence and the case hinges on circumstantial evidence.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Katihar in connection with Hasanganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015.
