The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 354-B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners abused the informant. It is further alleged that this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of Khanti causing head injury. When the wife of informant came to rescue, co-accused torn her blouse and saree and also assaulted her.

Injury sustained by the informant is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
