On getting confidential information, a raid was conducted at the bamboo clump wherefrom one succeeded in his escape and on query the persons present there shown his identity as the petitioner. Further, on search 49.800 litres of country made wine has been recovered therefrom.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 06.01.2020.

Accordingly, the petitioner Nitish Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III cum Special Judge (Excise), Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.380 of 2019.
