1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 registered under Sections 376, 493, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after a delay of 40 days without reasonable explanation. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
