The petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Munger that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused persons. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the co-accused, Jonny Kumar Basfor @ Jonny Basfor in whose confessional statement, the name of this petitioner surfaced, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner namedabove, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
