The learned counsel for the Central Board of Secondary Education submits that the petitioner be directed to file appropriate application through the School along with the requisite documents so that appropriate action can be taken by the C.B.S.E. in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the C.B.S.E., the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application through the School and in case, the petitioner files
