The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Haveli Kharagpur P.S.Case No.446 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, there was robbery in the truck carrying iron rod and the same was recovered from the house of one Gautam Kumar, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and other co-accused Rajeev Kumar and Sanjay Kumar Verma that they have kept the same in his house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9039 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Sanjay Kumar Verma has been granted bail, vide order dated 28.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9772 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IVth, Munger in connection with Haveli Kharagpur P.S.case No.446 of 2019. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
