Taking into consideration that neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade and nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kamla Prasad, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Raxaul, Motihari in connection with Palanwa P.S.
