JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Some nexlite literatures, mobile phones, biscuits etc. are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 18-07-2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
