The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2013 registered under Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act and 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of two countrymade pistol and 1 kg. ganja from possession of the petitioner and also that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
