The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 349 of 2018, Excise Case No. 1321 of 2018 for the offense under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 40 liters country made liquor was seized. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9662 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -IInd Cum Special Judge, Excise, Act, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No. 349 of 2018 in Excise Case No. 1321 of 2018.
