Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the third paragraph of the order dated 31.08.2016, the figure of due amount has been recorded inadvertently as Rs.65,90,995/- in stead of "Rs.10,13,806.91/-" Under the circumstances, in the order dated 31.08.2016, the figure of the due amount be read as "Rs.10,13,806.91/-" in stead of "Rs.65,90,995/-". The period of provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner is extended till 3rd of October, 2016.

Accordingly, the order dated 31.08.2016 stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2503 of 2016 (4) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 modified to the extent as indicated above. Rest of the conditions will remain the same.
