The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Sessions Case no. 530/2021 arising out of Ismailpur P.S. Case no. 29 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.6.2021. Report of the trial court reveals that till date, no witness has been examined.

Considering the period of custody and delay in trial let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
