At an earlier occasion prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.04.2015 under Cr. Misc. No.48673 of 2014 (Annexure-1) in the background of nature of offence, criminal antecedent coupled with inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 28.04.2014. From para-10 of the petition, it is evident that after framing of charge only one witness has been examined, others are also availing privilege of bail. That being so , petitioner Birendra Kora is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Sessions Trial No.2 of 2014 arising out of Chanan P.S. Case No.33 of 2013.
