2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that on the basis of forged registered deed, the husband of petitioner transferred 78.13 decimal land at Village - Churi and 64.5 decimal alongwith the building situated at Village - Bahadur Bigha in favour of his elder brother Brijraj Mishra and his own wife as well as in favour of his nephew Rakesh Mishra on 11.01.2023.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that accused persons are own Gotiya of the informant and informant's own sister was holding the power of Attorney from Smt. Meera Mishra and was directed by informant's sister to sell the property. At best, it is a case of the civil dispute. Petitioner has got no concern with the said transaction and she has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
