The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,142,448,341,323,504,307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioners resorted to fire causing fire arm injury to Anil Yadav. Subsequently, Anil Yadav succumbed to the injury.

Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 pending in the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54286 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 learned SDJM, Danapur .

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
