Mr.S.C. Mishra - SC16 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 It is pointed out with reference to the pleadings contained in Annexure 4 of the writ petition that a typographical error has crept in the second paragraph of order dated 18.12.2018. In stead of 'United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF)' it is the 'Government of India' which was funding the scheme.
In view of such submission being made with reference to Annexure 4, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the State, order dated 18.12.2018 stands modified and in place of 'UNICEF' recorded in paragraph 12 of the order 18.12.2018 may be read as 'Government of India'.
