Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Sono P. S. Case No.258 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the name of this petitioner came in the information given by spy of the police. The petitioner was arrested on 28.11.2019 and allegedly one mobile was recovered from his possession, but the first information report does not disclose the loot of any mobile. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7919 of 2020(4) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 languishing in jail custody since long.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Bharti Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P. S. Case No.258 of 2019.
