The petitioner Laxmi Choudhary seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagalpur (Rail) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 47A of the Excise Act and Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Police Officer recovered 8 liters of country made liquor and 17 small packets of ganja and for that petitioner is in jail custody since 22.10.2014.

It appears that small quantity of ganja and liquor

Considering the facts aforesaid let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur (Rail) P.S.
