2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleges that accused along with others came in a drunken state and started abusing informant and on objection, the present petitioner fired with country made pistol upon the informant, due to which informant sustained injury in his right leg (knee).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
