JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage by causing knife injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in fact the petitioner had some scuffle with his brother Birendra Sah who inflicted knife blow on the petitioner but in the meantime the wife of the petitioner came to rescue and accidentally she sustained knife injury.

Be that as it may, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Parsa P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2624 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 Case No.98 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Saran. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
