The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 466 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,307,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary was called for, which has since been received.
After considering the facts and circumstances, it appears that there is no further material in the case diary so as to implicate this petitioner in the present case and injury purported to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1929 of 2016 (3) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 have been caused by him have been found to be simple in nature. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 466 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
