The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that arbitrarily the respondents have suspended the PDS License of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the entire scheme with regard to grant of PDS license is governed by the amended Rule.
In view of the above, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, if he is otherwise eligible in terms of the amended scheme for grant of PDS license and pass appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.12949 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 order in accordance with the amended rule within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
It is made clear that the pendency of the criminal case may not be a ground to decline consideration of the case of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
