2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code was added later on.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants looted the loaded pick-up vehicle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application and submits that the looted vehicle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and he has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
