1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case no. 435 of 2025 registered under sections 276, 277 and 278 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and sections 21(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 140 bottles of cough syrup containing codeine (a total of 14 litres) was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and one another who were on a motorcycle, registered owner of which is the petitioner herein.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. No incriminating article has been

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R. together with the petitioner being in custody since 30.11.2025 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case no. 435 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Patna.
