Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has received a copy of the supplementary counter affidavit yesterday which suggests that the petitioners have been paid upto-date arrears of salary i.e. for the period 2023-24. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners have been redressed, and as such, the present writ application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application. Permission is accorded.
This writ application is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
