Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and the fact that the victim is traceless as well as the petitioner is accused in eight other cases of serious nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of one year. At the same time, the S.P., Begusarai is directed to ensure presence of the witnesses in the court on the date fixed so that the trial may be concluded within the period as specified. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
