The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR was lodged against unknown. The informant has claimed that he can identify the miscreants. The petitioner was apprehended on 29th December 2016 and in paragraph 10 of this petition it has been mentioned that there is no specific allegation against him and he is in custody since 29th December 2016. He was not put on TIP despite the fact that the informant can identify the miscreants.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was not

No.27394 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 named in the FIR and was not put on TIP and despite that he was arrested by the Police on 29th December 2016 and also considering the period of custody since 29th December 2016, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai or Successor Court in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and he will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
