The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to transfer the ownership of vehicle, Mahendra Scorpio bearing Engine no. GME4B87365, Chassis no. MA1TH2GMKE5C92540, registration no. BR 03P9252 of Model no. 07/2014, in the name of the petitioner, as the petitioner has legally and validly purchased the said vehicle and to issue the certificate of registration in his favour, with respect to the said vehicle.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate representation before the District Transport Officer, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of his aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.5915 of 2021(2) dt.27-09-2021 2/2 grievance.

The learned counsel for the respondent- State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Transport Officer, Bhojpur at Ara regarding his aforesaid grievance, within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

It is needless to state that the dispute in question being trivial in nature, the District Transport Officer, Bhojpur at Ara shall make all endeavours to resolve the issue in question. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U
