The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the two persons including the petitioner were apprehended while taking away the motorcycle of the informant and from their possession one Hero Honda motorcycle, two Samsung mobiles and one master key were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the stolen motorcycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2043 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 344 of 2014.
