The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar Police Station Case No. 606 of 2016 dated 13.11.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 379, 402, 414, 120B, 420 of Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has been arrested merely on suspicion. As per written report, one mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 13.11.2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19911 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge 16 -cum- ACJM 15, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No 606 of 2016 dated 13.11.2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
