The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 424 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2019. He further submits that the wife of the petitioner is reluctant with the husband, as is evident from the order of the Court below. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7999 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 424 of 2019.
