The petitioner seeks regular bail in Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 691 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Petitioner is said to have confessed in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 511 of 2011 on the basis of which the petitioner was made accused in this case and the police submitted charge-sheet. Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2012.

Having considered the aforesaid fact and the fact that there is no material against the petitioner except confession, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
