Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the shop of the informant, theft was committed by unknown person. The name of the petitioner had transpired on suspicion during investigation.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has got any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
