JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. as well as Smt. Mamta Vijaya, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant. This is the 3rd attempt for grant of bail. Earlier, twice prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that save and except the fact that petitioner is in custody since long, there is no change in the circumstances. However, learned counsel for the informant submits that trial is going on and out of eight witnesses six witnesses have already been examined.
In view of the fact that trial is already going on, there is no reason to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands rejected with further indication that trial court may take steps, so that, trial may come to its logical
