Petitioners are not named in the first information report though they are cousin brothers in law of the informant. Moreover, in course of investigation, it came to light that they were in constant touch with other accused on mobile prior and after the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
